Currently, I am working full time as a creative manager for the city of Charlotte. In that position, I lead a team of two designers and an intern to help advertise for the city. Our brands include Visit Charlotte, Charlotte Film, Spectrum Center, Boplex, NASCAR Hall of Fame, and the Charlotte Convention Center. For those brands, we create a mixture of digital and printed assets, collaborating with local vendors. This environment allows us to work with multiple different brands, giving us an agency-like experience without any of the downsides. I constantly encourage my team to stay competitive  by learning new software and staying up to date with the latest design trends. As a manager, I am invested in my team's  professional success.
